Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Rome at the Hotel Impero, my recent Christmas stay transformed into a celebration of comfort and culinary delights. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from Termini Station, making it effortlessly convenient for exploring iconic sites like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, all within a leisurely 15-minute stroll. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, where I shared moments sipping local wine while soaking in the picturesque views over the Opera Theatre-the perfect setting for a romantic evening or a gathering with friends. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of fresh options, from homemade delicacies to seasonal fruit, truly reflecting Italy's rich gastronomic culture. Complemented by the warmth of the staff, who were always eager to assist, my stay at Hotel Impero not only met but exceeded expectations, reminding the traveler in me of the unique charm that characterizes Italian hospitality. I can confidently say that this hidden gem will be my go-to for future visits to Rome.
